Lead CRM Solution Analyst (Full Time)
JOB DUTIES: The Lead CRM Solution Analyst will play a critical role in ensuring seamless operation, troubleshooting, and optimization of IT and CRM systems for customer websites serving over 600 daily users. Will analyze business problems and recommend information systems which align with management goals. As a liaison between internal teams, external partners, and government customers, the analyst will design and maintain systems that facilitate efficient data exchange and meet organizational needs. Will hold the following primary responsibilities:

Supervision and Collaboration: Work closely with MCP logistics and operations teams to document information flow and supervise interns in completing projects and interfaces. Plan, design, and supervise personnel to deploy and manage MCP systems.

Business Analysis, Design and Planning: Conduct data gathering sessions with end users to analyze information-processing needs, design IT-driven solutions, and plan development in a manner that aligns with organizational goals and budget and technical constraints.

Website Development & Maintenance: Build and sustain over 20 agency websites using object-oriented Salesforce LWR and Salesforce Builder tools. This includes writing code, configuring networks, and supporting deployment.

CRM Adaptation: Use Agentic AI to adapt MCP’s Salesforce CRM for government sales purposes, expanding capabilities to facilitate real-time data exchange and updates. This includes using the fundamental programmatic capabilities of the Salesforce Lightning Platform for interactive customer experiences to develop custom interfaces extending Salesforce capabilities from an internal tool to a customer data interaction tool and developing custom business logic supporting these objectives.

Data Integration: Develop secure data exchange bridges for over 20 different government customers, MCP and MCP suppliers using Salesforce Flow and Python programming for data aggregation and the development of application frameworks to facilitate interactive data exchange and leveraging JavaScript Libraries to automate web browser navigation for data aggregation workflows.

Troubleshooting & Technical Support: Continuously test and maintain implemented programs and systems, diagnose and resolve program malfunctions, assist users with software and system issues, and review logs to address errors. This includes troubleshooting, analyzing and resolving SalesForce CRM integration components and back-end system malfunctions for CRM systems servicing over 1500 users daily.

Process Automation: Maintain up-to-date manuals and automate procedures such as user provisioning using Flow, Apex, JavaScript frameworks and Salesforce APIs.

User Deployment & Training: Deploy applications and train users on functionality while ensuring they meet organizational needs.

Hardware/Software Demonstration: Develop, build, test, and ship hardware/software kits for government customer demonstrations, including end-user training.

Cost-Benefit Analysis: Conduct cost-benefit analyses to help management prioritize projects based on efficiency and business impact.

Documentation & Equipment Recommendation: Use standard MCP IT tools to understand and document customer requirements. Recommend new equipment aligned with MCP standards and budgets.
No travel is required. Will manage approximately 4 to 5 computer systems analysts (exact number of and positions of subordinates may vary over time). May work from home up to 2 days per week.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics or a related field and 24 months (2 years) of experience in any occupations in which required experience was gained. REQUIRED:

2 years of experience building websites using object-oriented Salesforce LWR and Salesforce Builder tools. This includes writing code, configuring networks, and supporting deployment using Salesforce LWR and Salesforce Builder.

2 years of experience working on the full Salesforce software development lifecycle from planning and design to testing and deployment.

Experience using Salesforce Lightning Platform to develop external-facing customer data interaction tools, using custom business logic to support interaction objectives.

2 years of experience troubleshooting, analyzing and resolving Salesforce CRM integration components and back-end system malfunctions for CRM systems servicing over 200 users daily.

2 years of experience using Salesforce Flow and Python programming for data aggregation and developing application frameworks.

Experience automating user provisioning and other repetitive tasks with JavaScript frameworks and Salesforce APIs.

Experience using JavaScript Libraries to automate web browser navigation for data aggregation workflows.
SALARY OFFERED: From $139,485 per year
